During the incubation process, several factors are influencing embryo development. Two important factors are temperature and humidity. To control the required embryo temperature,
a proper humidity level is required, as humidity is the transport medium for heat. The smaller the droplets size of the humidity, the better the distribution and the more uniform the total heat-transport.

Concept
The HatchTech U-VaporatorTM produces a constant very fine vapour of water droplets. Each droplet having the size of about 1 micron.
• The ultrasonic elements in the HatchTech U-VaporatorTM, switch on as soon as the relative humidity is too low;
• The ultrasonic elements will produce small and fast vibrations to create small water droplets of 1 micron (30 - 50 times smaller then traditional humidifiers);
• The vapour will be transported uniform trough the incubator by the laminar airflow.

Uniform chick quality
The combination of a perfectly evaporated humidity, with the uniform laminar airflow results in that each embryo, at all positions in the incubator, has the absolute opportunity to issue its heat. Uniform chick quality is ensured.
Optimal chick quality
The HatchTech U-VaporatorTM supplies a perfectly evaporated humidity. Due to the small droplet size, the embryo can loose the optimum amount of heat. This contributes to the perfect environment to control embryo temperature, leading to optimal chick quality.
