1. Start-up Training A two week course specifically designed for the hatchery staff members that will be working in the new hatchery equipped with HatchTech equipment. The program: 1st Week: Theoretical and practical training in the Netherlands 2nd Week: On site training of the crew that will be managing the hardware concluding with a hatchery performance evaluation. This course teaches the skills necessary for a successful running hatchery. Step by step instructions starting with setting eggs and proceeding to pulling chicks and chick take off are provided in order to reach optimal daily performance in hatchability and chick quality. Participants will also be taught an objective quality analysis program that covers the complete package from egg quality to chick quality evaluations. In the practical session the participants will have the opportunity to apply their newly learned skills on operational HatchTech equipment to gain hands-on experience. Incubation Support After the training course and start-up of the production process there will be an ongoing relationship with our Service department. With the Hatchery Control Program all parameters in every incubator, ventilation and water system can be checked in real life. With this system our Service department can provide the hatchery staff with real time evaluation and support. For technical service requests this will give crucial information and provide the opportunity for remote control of the machines if necessary. In short, everything that is needed for quick and effective incubation support. 3. Spare Parts ordering Spare parts for incubators, ventilation, and water systems can be very easily be ordered via our website.
